We have recently been in contact with the GM at Jazz/LooseLines.
We are working on the one complaint that we have, now that we are in contact with someone who can make decisions.

Do you have a problem with Loose Lines and/or Jazz that we can assist with?

I hate to say this and have hesitated to but I started warning folks about Jazz a little over two years ago

Played with them a couple of decades and got really hot with them three years ago and had multiple payouts over 4-5 month stretch but there were several warning signs to me anyway with the payouts slowing down quite a bit and customer service falling down several notches

Also some weird payout software glitches where I could never get the confirmation code they emailed me

I stopped playing there a couple of years ago

Wish I could find the multiple posts I made warning folks they were going downhill. Most of the feedback I got was that I was overreacting.

Sad to see this longtime decent group in this state. Feel so bad for the folks having thousands stolen. Hoping somehow it gets resolved but I know it’s not looking good.

Could still be on a mailing list, (granted the "VIP" host name was the same as the caller) as pending their rules, I wouldn't be eligible (unless a welcome back bonus...I am up there lifetime, not a massive amount...never gave them much business). Still looking for someone to fund them when they cannot pay.

Glad they don’t have my new number, but they wouldn’t like me very much if they did. So probably better that way.
