That's just here. Between BMR, SMR and X this amount is over 800k. And that's just just confiscated funds mentioned online. In addition there will be users not on social media and accounts, including several six figure balances, that aren't paid but have yet not been shut down.

I filed a complaint with OSGA on their website, they got back to me today and said they would see whatsup and talk to them. Last ditch effort but better than nothing. I suggest EVERYONE ripped off by these crooks also do the same ASAP.

Agree. It's much better for a book with financial problems to slow pay and make a commitment to shoring up its risk management problems. It's very hard to come back from outright robbing legitimate clients.

There could be plenty of reasons. If they were doing well, they really wouldn't need to be doing this in the first place. If they are broke with no hope of fixing the situation, they could be doing this (confiscating balances) to "release debts" in an attempt to get someone to buy them out. A big player like BOL or BM won't the way Jazz have trashed their reputation, but maybe they hope that some new group unaware of what's been going on will. There are lots of questions really, if there is a new management as reported, how can they have done such a poor job of looking into the company's finances? Or is the "new management" and excuses about all liabilities being with the previous owner all a ruse?

I tend toward the latter hypothesis. Is there any source for the former hypothesis other than statements from the crooks themselves?

Well, I tried to contact Looselines about them shutting down my account and stealing my $12.5K balance.

- I first tried emailing the customer service email, but that has been shut down.

- I then, over chat, was provided an email for a "supervisor." Received no response to it.

- I then chatted with them today. They refused to say anything other than "Management has the discretion to close accounts." I tried to get them to at least provide some rationale behind the action (like a violation of the T&C), but they wouldn't say a word.

Finally, when I pressed to speak with a supervisor, all the rep did was say "Have a nice day" and close the conversation.

I completely understand any business choosing to not do future business with any specific customer. However, the balls on these crooks to steal the account balances of winning players.

With God as my witness, I hope these people rot in hell for this.

Just go to Osga website, they have info where to send emails/complaints. They send me another email today saying they are working on it and have established a dialogue. Good luck to them, and us.

My received response from the OSGA:

We are sorry to hear of this problem at Looselines. We have had an unprecedented amount of complaints sent in on this group of sportsbooks.

Looselines has been around as long as anyone and prior to this past week, we have gotten very few complaints on them. Hopefully, we can assist you here.

We sent your complaint down to Looselines today. They are responding to our inquires, albeit a bit slowly. We will reach back out to you ASAP once we get something meaningful back from Looselines. Though these issues are front and center for us now that they have been brought to our attention, if you haven’t heard back from us towards the end of the week, feel free to reach back out for an update.
