I was checking out my account at Jazz to see what they are offering these days. I see I can deposit with PayPal now. How great is that?

It's a shame that there's no (as far as I know) face to a name for Jazz management (i.e., Dave Mason with BOL) with a reputation to uphold. Frankly, default risk is always a factor when it comes to unregulated offshores and books can and do go bust; but that said, the way they are handling the situation by flat out lying to and stiffing customers while simultaneously trying to aggressively solicit deposits from new and "recreational" players is spineless and pathetic.

Dear Jazz,

Do the right thing. Re-enable caramba's account and refund him his balance. If you sort out your funding issues, you'll be able to pay him. Restoring his balance isn't going to make a big difference to your finances.

I don’t see how they can ever sort out their financial issues. To say they’re operating a fractional reserve is an understatement. 50+ people have posted complaining about waiting for a $1000 payout. Numerous people reporting mid 5 to 6 figure accounts receiving no payouts

I’d guess there’s minimum a few million in balances while struggling to send $1000 payouts in a month. The only way they recover is someone bailing them out/buying the debt, and I doubt anyone would after their reputation has been destroyed over the past few months

Update: I received a $1K payout from Jazz this evening. Received a call earlier today from their CS and they said they will be committed to paying $1K every 2 weeks until my balance is settled

Since Feb 4th, the first attempt expired so I had to resubmit after 30 days. But the CS guy I talked to said they will be paying out the 1K every 2 weeks now. Yes I am tagged as 'non-recreational'. I am optimistic because if they were going under then I don't think I would have gotten anything. Will keep the group posted

That's a good sign. I've had a similar experience. Requested on Jan. 23rd and it expired so I had to resubmit. They told me $1k every 15-20 business days.

Thanks for confirming. We have yet to receive an update from Jazz concerning the other users who have reported slow payment.

We've received a number of recent slow-pays from Jazz and LooseLines and are preparing an update to the Jazz review.

Would you mind removing the current report and rating for them until a new review is completed as their current B rating is highly misleading?

Weird additional example of Jazz incompetence - they won't help reset my password on my account that I haven't used in years, that has a $0 balance. Two different chat operators said it was emailed to me and to check the spam folder.

Another reason to stay away I guess!

I've had some issues getting chat transcripts sent to me. I asked to have it sent to my 2nd email which is a gmail instead and that worked.
