The courtesy update was f*** you we arent paying you and closing your account. They just advised us they're under new management so hopefully all these outstanding payout issues get resolved. We've been actively monitoring his situation both on our site and via Twitter.
Good morning:
On behalf of new management at JAZZSPORTS and its sister sites, we wanted to address the payout situation that has been mentioned by several customers on forums.
After years of financial struggles, Jazz Sports faced bankruptcy due to mismanagement. In August 2024, a new investor group stepped in to acquire the company's assets, aiming to restore stability and credibility. In an effort to support a smooth transition, the new ownership initially assisted the previous owner in addressing outstanding debts and liabilities. However, the former owner was caught stealing, and it was discovered he concealed debts and misrepresented many material claims. As a result, all previous liabilities remain solely with him, while we focus on rebuilding trust and ensuring a better future for Jazz Sports.
We are processing payouts normally for all active players, recreational or non-recreational, and will continue to do so. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline services, a select group of longstanding accounts will receive a courtesy update regarding the completion of their account lifecycle. No further action will be required on their part.
We regret the situation, and our priority is to move forward and secure the future of the business.
Keep us updated Academy. We are working with a number of Jazz Sports players who are getting slow paid. Feel free to email me or reach out via Twitter with a message. Obviously we will want to continue to monitor but getting the old owner out of there is definitely a plus based on what's been coming our way over the past year from those "in the know" and vendors.Account balance was zeroed out and I cant log back in

Hi Academy, please fill out the complaint form if you haven't filed yet, so we can look into it further. ThanksGot a call from customer service today. We will be closing your account and not paying you your remaining balance of 6397. You deposited 11,000 and cashed out 13,000 already so you profited. This is a management decision no further information will be given.
Caramba, you could be right but I don't think they would have reached out to us if they weren't looking to make this right. What's the point otherwise? We'll continue to report on the slow pays if they're not resolved. Current issues with Jazz were occurring already around last Super Bowl while Mike was still running it. To be clear, I am not aware of who the new management is. Having dealt with this industry for over 25 years, I know the "new management" schtick but these are different times so let's keep our fingers crossed. Nobody should be depositing here until these issues are resolved. The new management is the reason for all the recent issues.

I could be reading this wrong, but the way I read this is they are not going to pay debts and liabilies (including winnings to customers) that arose before August 2024. I can't say what the previous management did, but when it comes to "was caught stealing" that's an apt description for the current one.
As a result, all previous liabilities remain solely with him, while we focus on rebuilding trust and ensuring a better future for Jazz Sports.
Good luck with this.

More bs. They haven't paid non-recs since around February 10.
We've updated today's article to reflect this and reached out to them for comment. Moving their affiliates to the MyAffiliates platform, which features a number of respected brands, I'm assuming they'll be removed from there if this is not made right. I doubt Bookmaker wants to be on that platform with them. And if these issues are not resolved you all will want to reach out to MyAffiliates and advise them.I wish I could share your sentiment about Jazz trying to make this right, but nothing that has transpired over the past 7 months indicates that is the case. I think they're just trying to get some good publicity after months of bad publicity on betting forums and social media. No-one is denying Jazz had issues before August 2024, but it seems that the new management's solution is to "tighten the ship" by confiscating balances and shutting down accounts on no grounds, and blame previous management. Let's also not forget that they have not paid non-recs in about 7 weeks now.
Did you read the press release you posted? We've updated today's article to reflect this and reached out to them for comment. We;'ve updated the article to reflect this. That was an email from them. This obviously doesn't help their cause. Reading that sounded like they were going to make right, but guess not. If they fail to respond, that will of course be noted in the article and we'll all know with absolute certainty it's all a bunch of BS. To be clear, we in no way endorse Jazz Sports and all we can do on our end is continue to inform current players, would be players, good or bad. We've been covering their slow pays over the past year. You can Google "Jazz Sports Slow Pays".Is that pie

They are arbitrarily closing and stiffing old accounts. I received a "courtesy update" myself today, they are closing my account and not paying $25,000. The lifescycle of my account has completed I guess???
