They announced their plans BEFORE Trump was elected. They already had plans to diversify their production base to Arizona. How can you subsequently say, it is now a result of the tariffs? In reality, Biden had nothing to do with it happening other than being the president when it was announced.

The back and forth on the tariffs (pauses, who's in who's out, what's in what's out, etc...) is causing US companies just to shutdown all long-term decision making. Sure they may announce some new factory will be built but I don't see them actually committing until the direction is clear and we are far from seeing a clear direction from this administration

These companies may never commit.

Sadly, it’s just too easy to play Trump and his advisers. They give up their edge the moment they start playing and where their motivations on their sleeve.
