You need to get on the phone and start tearing into people's asses verbally like I did with WagerWeb, you best believe they heard my wrath when they were trying to f*** me out of a lot of money. The nice guy approach in my opinion is not the better way :lmao:

I've tried calling repeatedly. They always transfer me and then the call either gets dropped or I listen to elevator music for 15 minutes and then give up.

These COCKSUCKERS are playing games, don't like it. They are understaffed and I would pull my money after they finally decide to correct their mistakes.

Just talked to CS. I guess they are still trying to figure out.
Response today:
"xxx I see the escalation was received by the grading team and they have now contacted the technical department so they can review what the issue could be. We do not have a resolution yet as they are waiting for the teach advice but they keep working on it and will get back to you once it is all confirmed. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please rest assured each ticket will be reviewed and fixed accordingly."
Have you asked them which website/official resource they use for grading?

Crazy how inept these sites are at Public Relations.

A $300 error that should have easily been fixed day one will likely cost them tens of thousands just due to the fact this thread exists.

Yeah I don't understand it personally, it's a shame they won't have me as a customer oh well.

Not sure how great their reputation was but over a $300 software mistake, they are sure losing some of whatever credibitility they had quickly.

Nailed it. The last thing you want is negative word of mouth on forums. Books lose a lot of business when there are bad independent reports.
I hope they fix this soon. Lowvig has great juice and is a solid out. I really don't want to stop playing there altogether. But if this goes on much longer what else can I do.

Well they fixed it. I think. There were so many misgrades I'm not even positive everything is fixed but they added about $500 to my account and I think that's about right.
They didn't have an explanation. The chat girl said she's "99% sure" things will be graded right moving forward. We'll see.
Gonna give lowvig one more chance. I'll report if anything like this happens again.
