It’s got to be a technical issue they are trying to understand. Otherwise they would have an answer by now.

I doubt they would arbitrarily rule them all as losses to screw Ace. If they were doing this he would have been written off by now.

Especially not when they are $20 bets. I think it's a weird technical issue too. Very weird that it's apparently only effecting my account.

Ok long chat this time. I'll give cliff notes for those that don't wanna read all that.
It was back to square one after a week. The chat girl was still thinking this was about one wager. After some back and forth I just started pointing out all the wrong ones to her. There are many. I also tried calling. Everytime I call It either gets dropped or I get transferred and then no one ever picks up. I'm beyond frustrated.
Anyone at BMR wanna help out at this point? I sure could use it...

They absolutely/obviously could have and should have gone in and graded the bets in question individually by now of course.

Reminds me of the times I’ve had to deal with Heritage/WW CS when they’ve fouled something up. Like explaining things to an infant. Absolutely clueless

Also to cap off their utter ineptitude and rudeness they always try to tell you you’re in the wrong

Wish it comes to a resolution soon and you don't consume your time and energy with that.

The weird thing with me is I am not able to see the pending wagers at all since the very first time. It is not clickable.
They admitted it is an issue on their side, I told them it is a very critical one but still not fixed.
So I am curious how are you able to see the pending list? It may be due to the fact I am using VPN..

I had trust on their wagers grading but now I have to switch to BOL, thank you.
