So I am trying a new angle in tennis and I am placing lots of small wagers at lowvig to test my theories. Somehow, lowvig is grading all my tennis wagers as losses, even if they are wins. Their CS is very difficult to explain things to. Anyone else have an issue like this? Very strange. Thank god they are tiny wagers...

Damn sorry can’t help you Ace, never played there myself. I was going to try them though this football season, but these type of things would make me not want to lol. At the very least, this must be personally annoying as f*** and it takes time away from your daily handicapping.

Other than this issue they have been great. The low juice is very nice. I’ll let the forum know when it gets resolved. Hopefully soon. I’ve stopped all betting there until it gets fixed.

For starters customer service was almost non existent....site was down a lot...I got weird vibes here...I would guess they are doing ok cause its probably been 15 years since I played there

Just talked to CS. I guess they are still trying to figure out.
Response today:
"xxx I see the escalation was received by the grading team and they have now contacted the technical department so they can review what the issue could be. We do not have a resolution yet as they are waiting for the teach advice but they keep working on it and will get back to you once it is all confirmed. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please rest assured each ticket will be reviewed and fixed accordingly."
