Micah is not part of the Torah- he was a prophet and his book is part of the prophetic writings. Nothing in Micah refers to Jesus. Jesus never ruled Jerusalem.
Rabbis do not claim Jesus is “unacceptable to Judaism” only that he was not the messiah (he died without ever being anointed, so this is just a simple fact, not a polemical claim) and certainly not the “son of God” (which is a bizarre claim that goes against the Jewish conception of God).
Not being the messiah hardly makes Jesus a bad person- he was one of many people who claimed the title but failed to realise it. There is no shame or sin in trying.
