I mean if I’m being honest. Why would they disable his account after they paid him already? Doesn’t sound like he wagered on anything weird from what was described. I hate Heritage so I’m totally biased, but like they see a black dude win 5 grand and either 1, they can’t believe it and think it’s someone else. But if he did the identity scan it has to be him or someone close to him telling him what to do. But it sounds to me this book plummeted after Larry Zuco allegedly stole a bunch of money from wager web (they own heritage as well) and they don’t wanna pay people.

I’m so sick of small shops with good reps for a long time betray everyone. Why did their shops fail in the first place? Bad management, bad incentives, crappy software, ect. And I know what heritages new bonus looks like. It’s a 100 percent deposit match that forces you to bet your bonus in one singular wager. Send $500 you’re doing a $500 free bet. So when people win with it what do you expect? Bookmakers review needs to seriously check heritage because that’s one of their number one refers. I’m genuinely sick and tired of seeing the offshore industry go down the tube. Stop slow paying people, stop advertising sign up bonuses, and close your shop to sign ups if you don’t want anyone winning.

Also, some of these people in here claiming others are in the wrong for stacking up 4 figure balances after depositing a few hundred or even $1,000, low key sit in your basement. We don’t gamble to win a few hundred, we gamble on the hope that we can win some money to get out of a jam, go on a vacation, buy a car, renovate our houses, and it’s not the best way to do those things but it is a way if we win. I swear some people on this forum belong on 4Chan. Edgy sad weirdos.
Easy. Because he won and withdrew straight away. That pissed them off. Heritage will drop you like a hot potato if you are not the kind of customer they want.

Yes, get on the phone and demand to talk to everybody who is important at that place. It will take several phone calls to get through to them, also talk with authority. Tell them you’re a poster at BMR and you will make your story a public nightmare on the forums and it will be -EV for your company.

No book wants to continuously fund unprofitable players.

Legal books have a much higher tolerance towards it because well, they can afford to have that higher tolerance. Someone hits them for $5000 10 weeks in a row - that’s nothing compared to what they rake in on those $5-10 parlay chasers. Same logic applies to those people who managed to find ways to beat state lottos - they only went so long because it was easier to just let them slide and keep ripping off Joe Public than go through the actual effort of acknowledging and closing holes in their software.

Heritage though - like most of offshore is on a razor thin margin. You can’t let ANYONE - sharp or not - continue to cash out week in and week out. They are very aware of players who hit and run - and if you show the slightest hint of knowing something they don’t (or that they don’t want others to know about) in their casino - they will absolutely boot you and close an account.

Books can’t hand out the promos like it’s 2005 anymore. There’s less and less quality shops and Heritage is on a promo blitz. If your smart - you lose a bit - get them comfortable- hit ‘em hard and say “I got lucky” and keep them believing they are going to get even with you - just like books do to players everyday.

And my comments are directed at people like JDS. There’s a reason he’s like this and his biggest win is like 15k.

Before I get attacked, ask yourself why you really gamble. It’s because you’re hoping to get that win to do something you really wanna do.

Same runaround today. ID scan link sent to my email. I do it, says it’s successful, redirected and get hit with an error. I screen recorded me doing this time and also sent in a video complaining of me with my ID in the camera. They have paid me $2000 and still owe me $3,000. Used a different device, cleared history and cookies, ect. The issue ain’t on my end.

I have exact same experience at BetNow with the 7x tries of ID verification and they blame internet browser, cookies etc.

I tried using my girls iPhone ect, I did everything and same thing. Maybe if their software wasn't with a third party and was through the site I wouldn't have this problem. They email you a link to a third party software. I get verified through the third party but they don't get it. And they just keep telling me the same thing over and over

I can't even log into my BetOnline account. This new tech doesn't work.

They saying it's an IT issue now and I should expect a response in 48h. Like this is some bullshit. My account was closed for suspicious activity but they won't tell me why. They admit it's their issue after I sent in 2 videos of me doing it. I said people in this forum had similar issues and he said who you gonna trust me or them. And I said I'ma trust the people that went through what I'm going through. Customer service besides Joseph were rude to me and antagonized me in live chat.

If they don't get it figured out, file a complaint with OSGA. They can probably get it fixed.
