Let me start off by saying something. After I took those screenshots I talked to a manager. They told me based on my profile I'm on a payment plan. What am I supposed to think when they say that? My profile? Also. Someone said I played it like blackjack. I have a $500 limit there. I won on a couple football spreads and over unders. I ain't hit a jack pot or something. They gave me a $500 free bet and forced me to play it all in one wager. Maybe I'm getting pressed by y'all for pulling the race card, but regardless this ain't a great book to bet at. Like that one dude said, wasn't a problem until I won.

LOL. As a black guy and novice bettor, I can see why you would think being profiled was racist. Basically they are referring to your betting habits. So they don't like people winning and withdrawing. They consider that unfair. They think they should be able to have you lose it back so they were getting nasty.

Yeah, it is kind of code in the betting world that the book gets a chance to win back the money. So if you win big and just withdraw, they get pissed and don't want to do business with you. So they will think you are either a pro that "took a shot at them." Or that you are a low life not playing by the rules. So by not really having a background, they consider you a scammer.

And l like it said, Heritage hates all of their customers so if you do anything at all they don't like, they will really get upset.

Update, they paid me my first $2,000, then disabled my account. To re-enable it they sent me a link to scan my face and ID. I did it three separate times. It says identity verification successful then click proceed. It then says error code 404. I genuinely feel like I’m getting scammed. Did everything they asked and they don’t want to pay. Did facial recognition software and it says it was successful three different times and they blamed it on my browser. I just want my money and will never bet here again.

Same thing happened to me when they disabled my account a year or 2 ago. I assume it was because I was winning, but I was able to get my full balance by emailing them. .. By the looks of it you won't be able to bet there again weather you want to or not, but should be able to get your full balance. This looks very very similar to what I went thru

Not gonna lie, I’m starting to believe they really did racially profiling lol. It’s football season. And the favorites aren’t covering they should have plenty of money. Greed is the downfall of all good things, though they need to clean their act up and stop blaming Larry for stealing all of the funds.

Never underestimate the level of stupidity involved in this stuff. The added technology is becoming a nightmare. That is why I am getting out of this stuff. It is not worth the hassle.

I mean if I’m being honest. Why would they disable his account after they paid him already? Doesn’t sound like he wagered on anything weird from what was described. I hate Heritage so I’m totally biased, but like they see a black dude win 5 grand and either 1, they can’t believe it and think it’s someone else. But if he did the identity scan it has to be him or someone close to him telling him what to do. But it sounds to me this book plummeted after Larry Zuco allegedly stole a bunch of money from wager web (they own heritage as well) and they don’t wanna pay people.
I’m so sick of small shops with good reps for a long time betray everyone. Why did their shops fail in the first place? Bad management, bad incentives, crappy software, ect. And I know what heritages new bonus looks like. It’s a 100 percent deposit match that forces you to bet your bonus in one singular wager. Send $500 you’re doing a $500 free bet. So when people win with it what do you expect? Bookmakers review needs to seriously check heritage because that’s one of their number one refers. I’m genuinely sick and tired of seeing the offshore industry go down the tube. Stop slow paying people, stop advertising sign up bonuses, and close your shop to sign ups if you don’t want anyone winning.
Also, some of these people in here claiming others are in the wrong for stacking up 4 figure balances after depositing a few hundred or even $1,000, low key sit in your basement. We don’t gamble to win a few hundred, we gamble on the hope that we can win some money to get out of a jam, go on a vacation, buy a car, renovate our houses, and it’s not the best way to do those things but it is a way if we win. I swear some people on this forum belong on 4Chan. Edgy sad weirdos.

My biggest win is 89K at WagerWeb and I had to fight hand and foot for all that fuckin’ money because they did try to rob me.
