just standing up, it feels like its tight and its stretching out. Lifting my leg causes pain. It's not unbearable pain, but it hurts for sure

lifting knee i would say is the most pain

how did it go? 8 mile hike w/ gear or a run. what is a death march lol?

gearing up for a 5.4 or 7.4 backpacking hike near Red Rocks. We'll see which trailhead seems like busy and decide from there.

get out there and sweat with your body, before the afternoon betting sweats. Makes the head so much more clear for betting decisions. MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE! go get treatment you sickos
Just a run for me.

Dude that’s awesome. Red Rocks are wonderful and just was hanging with a buddy last night who was there last week . Colorado is somewhere I’d possibly live if I didn’t live in the Bay

And agreed —> exercise is my therapy

let's see someone try this (safely) before November..

give us your favorite unique exercise maybe something for soleus, forearms, or back. under exercised muscles
One of my favorites that hits the forearms while also hitting the biceps is a hammer curl using a kettlebell.

Just caught up for the week. You all inspire me. I got the Rocky 4 natural work-out vibe going from Archie and the Karate kid/Vision Quest vibe from Sammy. I was yelling out "put him in a body bag." Thanks for sharing your pics and videos Pigpen, Le, Archie, Sammy, Stormy, Edawg, and everyone else that took the time to share and motivate the community. This time of the year is always brutal for me as I pack on my hibernation weight. Not complaining because been through hell and back the past few years lucky to be alive and actually was just under 300 for the 1st time in probably close to 20 years. At my heaviest about 355. When I met the wife back in 1994 was a little taller than 6'3 and 230. That was pretty fit for my build. After 1-2 years settling down and working nights, instantly up to 280-290 than hovered between the 290-310 for the next 10 years or so. From 2010 on 320 plus until colon cancer surgery.
