Just elliptical, and those wrist movements for me all week.
Feels good too, grabbed the elliptical arm thing with my right hand yesterday, it seemed fine, but a little ache came. So that sucks.
Not too worried, but taking this week (which would have been Mon, Wed, and Fri) off of grasping weight movements. I'm not even planking on the scrunch machine this week.
I think I'll be good. Question is whether or not next week I need to regress and jump in with lighter weights, not because of strentgh, but to come back from injury.
I'm probably strong enough to toss the weights from last week around again next week, if that tendon stays calm.
