Problem is my lower back does not want to permit with this type of bend, (forward stretch). I can utilize the stretches that bend with a backward stretch, which helps take the nerve pressure off my spine.

Sweetheart, Le Martin and I’ve told you this before, but you probably don’t remember. I have an inversion table at home and it decompresses my spine. I hang from my ankles. I call it my in-home chiropractor, f*** wasting money on a man to grab me in ways I don’t want him to lol.
