I finally got back to the gym today after getting out of the habit for a couple of weeks. I forgot how good it can feel to exercise.

Hopefully we can all sneak in a few workouts during the holidays. GL and Merry Christmas everyone.

i probably wont be able to work out until after christmas. wanted to today but woke up v sick.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones

0 motivation right now. Best part is I don't go to the gym. Literally all I have to do is go to my basement and work out

problem is, I get home and immediately put on sweatpants and then I'm committed to doing nothing. I don't wanna put on shorts because it's cold. I have excuses for days

Alright I know I barely post here nowadays but had to check in with the cool peeps here in this thread

I extended a streak of running a sub 17 5k every year at least once since 2012. This is the latest in the year I’ve run one, so I barely beat the buzzer

This is a benchmark I use to stay relatively fit as I age. It’s a nice motivator for me, and I hope to continue it as I get older — though Father Time will eventually do its thing. I highly recommend having a goal of some sort no matter what you do.

Happy holidays everyone!

awesome Storm trooper! I will try a 5k here at altitude next spring, but I'm really looking forward to traveling back to chicago or Pa and doing a 5k there and smashing my adult PR.

todays' gym might just be the shifts of 10-15 mins of shoveling i'm doing for our walks, driveway and two older neighbors.

-13 here and we got about 5 inches overnight

That is brutal!

It's barely under 50 here and I am freezing my balls off

I moved out to Cali a few years ago from the Midwest and made fun of people for wearing ski jackets when it was in the 50's.....surely enough I'm a cold weather pussy now :ROFLMAO:

Shoveling snow is good exercise, though I don't miss it at all :)

Hope all is well with you dude
