Ok so last week like most i didnt do much of anything. To start my jump rope snapped on me so that sucked
my brother in town and thanksgiving. Usa soccer. Tons of excuses
anyway i worked out just now and god damn i already feel sore. A good sore though
i imagine many of you experienced the same last week. Lets get back at it this week
i thnk all of us get/deserve a pass for last week hahah
but damn about the jump rope, thats a huge bummer especially cause you were doing that consistently. you going to replace it soon?
hope you had a great time with your brother. and embrace that soreness!! such a great feeling
