Work attire selfie in the privacy of my own home. I would never take a selfie in front of a mirror anywhere in the public. As a man I find it very cringe worthy for me personally. Now for a sexy female to do it anywhere is absolutely fine to me lol.

haha ok i havent worked out in a while because i hurt my back. so someones gotta take the wheel for now.

let's help encourage each other to something positive in each others lives. so honestly, this thread doesn't only have to be about the gym. as long as its something positive

I too deal with back trouble. Are you doing anything to help with the pain. I can go on & on in regards to what I do to help tolerate my lower back pain.

i've realized yoga really helps relieve my back pain, so i just do that daily. i can tell i have something wrong with my sciatic nerve. was supposed to see a doctor tomorrow, but it was moved to wednesday next week 😒 hopefully its fine by then though

back pain is the worst thing ever

Yeah I agree it can affect almost everything you do if you’re disks are bulging or herniating. I hope you get that fixed, if not I have some tips I can share with you to possibly help your condition.

back pain is the worst thing ever
I herniated my L2, L3 vertebrae 3 years ago. It sent searing pain down my lower back and into the most sensitive area of the male anatomy. Not fun. Fortunately, physical therapy made the pain go away. If your back doesn't get better I recommend looking into PT.

After PT I kept my back in shape with yoga, but stopped during the pandemic lockdown and the pain came back. Working out at the gym since then has healed the pain, but I have to be super careful about form, especially with leg and back exercises. If you aren't going to be hyper focused on weight lifting form, yoga is probably the better bet.

Just my opinion... Good luck with your back pain.
