Aww. thanks, guys! my muscles hurt a bit but totally worth it.
You must be drinking multiple gallons of water when you do your hiking trips lol. That’s not easy to do, but I know you are younger than I am.

We started at around 5:30 so it won't be really hot, so far I only brought 1ltr of water. It's just funny that we end up in Mcdonald's at the end of the hike for lunch lol. I think we are just of the same age JDS.

Do you use a camelback foryour water Genie?

When we hike, I fill ours about 80% the night before and partially freeze it. That way its ice cold on on your back and when you take a drink. Highly recommended.

I run three times a week. 2 miles on Tue and Thu, 3 miles on either Saturday or Sunday. Start running at around 5:10am. At work by 8:30am. Been doing that for 30 years.
5 AM? 5 AM? 5 AM?
Damn that is early....

Props to you for getting a good routine going. I don't think my body starts to function before 7 in the morning. Jogging is an afternoon event for me.
