I was at the supermarket earlier today. I parked way away from the building and so did a lady near me. I was almost done packing my groceries in my truck when she asked me if she wanted me to take my cart. I said "Sure. It's a good workout." She said "That's why I do it."I do the same exact thing at the supermarket or stores when I’m shopping. Since I live in South Florida, and it’s primarily hot all the time I like to find a parking spot with shade, and that is far away from the building to help get my daily steps in.

I've been walking multiple times per week since August of 1989. At first it was 3 to 4 times per week. The last few years it's only been 2 to 3 times per week.
Since I've been getting fewer steps I've decided to get more by using a trick. Instead of parking as close to the door of the supermarket or doctor's/dentist's office or restaurant, I'll park far away in the parking lot.
I think the best part is not having to navigate my vehicle into a tight parking space. I just park out where no other vehicles are.

OMG! haha. I remember my childhood days in this video where we use coconut husk to polish our floor. It's always a good form of exercise haha
