Both are great places. There are some guys living in VT that never left after the war was over. Phan Thiết and Quy Nhon are much better beaches though.

Sports betting place at a Border town in Cambodia, it is one of many unlicensed places.
Huge unlicensed Casino, pretty hostile security and drug use is out in the open at clubs in this place.
More unlicensed casinos in a SEZ Zone

Royal Palace , Phnom Penh, Cambodia, many small little casinos behind here, all unlicensed , was pretty disturbing what I saw in this area.

This place has Pizza and shakes made with weed or shrooms, you get to choose the strength that you want. There are 5 restaurants in this area that have this, but this is the most famous one. Phnom Penh, Cambodia. in the outer provinces there are more. In Laos they have Opium, shrooms and weed on the menu at cafes at restaurants.
