No , Vietnam is known for medical tourism, there are plastic surgery centers everywhere as well as skin care clinics. Vietnamese girls start getting plastic surgery at a very young age. Many look like porcelain dolls. There are skin treatments and whitening creams they use. There are tons of different methods they use. Of course. I am sure it is very bad for you.
