No visa for people that are retired in Vietnam. Thailand has ones and a very easy visa program. Cambodia too. All SEA countries have comfortable visa programs. Vietnam has nothing in place. However if you are resourceful and have some connections you can find a way to stay.

I am here today. Wonderful place on the border of Vietnam and China , near Lai Châu, I actually crossed into China and went about 3km , bought water from a little store and came back into Vietnam ( no border control or immigration ) , lots of great nature here.

At the end of the day , if you follow your path, listen to and live by the teachings of Mathew and Isiah , mold yourself after Christ , the rest will fall into place. I put myself in some very dangerous situations in Mong La and my faith gets me through it each time.

Southern and central Vietnam have the best beaches here but there are a few gems in the north where I am. This is one of them. An Amazing beach in a port city. Lots of bombing here during the war. It’s in Hải Phòng.

There are so many interesting places and things to see when coming to Vietnam, one of those is visiting salt fields. You can just show up there and walk around, there are some that are more popular than others with tours, but then you can come across ones where there are no tourists at all, those are the ones that I prefer. Pretty amazing! They let you taste the salt as well.

Same here & a little bit of synthetic opiates. Never got sprung on it though. These hardcore drugs take away my libido so never got hooked on them, blessing in disguise I would say.
