Based on forecast data published by the IMF’s World Economic Outlook in April 2024, it shows that developing countries have the highest growth projections until 2029.
As the third smallest country in South America by land area, Guyana is projected to be the world’s fastest-growing economy from now until 2029. Then there’s Vietnam, the only Southeast Asian country to break into the top 10 with a projection of 6.4% from 2024 to 2029.
