Skubal has an outstanding WHIP pf 0.92 for the season. Best in the AL.
Also 228 Strikeouts #1.
KC +130 over Orioles 10 units
KC Starter Ragans has 223 stikeouts on the season. Ragans pitched to a 1.08 ERA in his four September starts and finished with the fifth-most strikeouts in the majors (223).
He aslo has a WHIP of 1.05 in road starts.
Mets+120 over Milwaukee. 10 units
Over 7.5 5 units
Severino has gone 1-3 in his last 4 starts . His era is over 4.00 but did well in his lsat start vs Atlanta allowing 1 run in 4 innings.
Mets pen will have to win this, if Severino can't go more than 5 innings.
In 21 September games, the Mets bullpen has been the fourth best, according to FanGraphs, and pitched to a 3.67 ERA.

WEDNESDAY.

Detroit+150 over Houston. 4 units.
Line movement on Tigers. I have a pending Parlay, posted yesterday - and the line moved +20 cents since.
Public perception has all Houston action now.
This is a Bullpen game for Detroit with Holton Starting. No worry though.
IN the last game he started like this, they beat Baltimore as he went 2 innings - and he hasn't given up a run in his last 4 appearances.
When the Tigers do this, they have been successful in most games.

KC +125 over Orioles. 4 units.
Royals have used Lugo for just 2 innings in Sept 28th. He usually gos 5 iinnings or more in starts.
Not concerned with Orioles and Eflin as he is 4.30 era Vs KC in his last three starts.
The last start was in July just before KC got healthy and started winning. In addition Eflin has had 5 starts for Baltimore - all in September and his era for the month is 3.00 but Balt is 2-3 in his starts.
At home his WHIP is 1.25 which is not great.
Balt is 4-3 this year vs KC - But 6 games were all in April when KC was not winning. This team has transformed greatly since and has a better record the last month of the season along with Detroit.

Brewers Montas has a large PIP . In his last 2 starts he has ballooned to 20 and25 per inning.
He also has gone on short stints going 4 inn and only 2,2 inn.
He beat the Mets -8-4 last time he faced them but got a ND.
Brewers pounded Manea for 4 runs in 1st inning and he was gone in 3 innings.
Neither starter has been great but the Mets Pen has been solid for the last month.
Montas era last 5 game sis a whopping 5.55

Cleveland Pen is best with a 2.96 era.
CLE has no real power in line up . Naylor is over rated. Ramirez is the best player. They do have rookie Noel but He is hitting .222 and has some Hr's that won a few games. Not sure if he is playing.
CLE has a soft run/gm average/ They average 4.5 runs/gm but at Home its only 4.1

Tribe vs Lefty's has been solid except when facing Skubal.
Also they have been held to zero runs by Holton in 3 games.

Cant think of any lefty's that Cle faced who were anywhere near what Detroit has today.
Bibee faced Detroit 3 times TY and CLE went 2-1. BUT Detroit used starters who were bad in2 of those those games.
Bibee, 25, went 1-1 with a 4.50 ERA in four starts against Detroit this season. Overall, he is 1-3 with a 5.28 ERA in six career outings against the Tigers.

He also faced Philly 2 times in 2023 and only gave up 2 runs in 12.1 innings.
Wheeler is a HOF'er but the Mets have hit him.
Mets scored 10 runs against Wheeler in the last 3 games - with Wheeler going 19 innings.
