Last night I went to the Santa Fe Station oyster bar and had a pan roast. That is a tomato, brandy and cream-based sauce with chicken, shrimp, sausage and grab it all covered with rice and you can pick a spice level 1-10

I told this to my doc at the last check up. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. If I don't eat what I want, I may as well end it. Not sure if she found it funny?

it is too much work to go to the store every 3 days for more fresh veggies

plus, it gets expensive



i freeze spinach, kale, and fruit for smoothies with greek yogurt and cranberry juice

peanut butter is basically my only source of fat...well that and milk........... FROM DAGGLES MOM
