Do you give a spice number 1-4 at your restaurant?

It is weird how restaurants are different depending on where you live. Like out here the Chinese restaurants are not the same as east coast ones. They are more catered to teriyaki chicken. When you order General Tso's chicken it is not as sweet and some places use more of a hot sauce to it so it has more of an orange/red look than the sweet brown sauce. Teriyaki is much better out here though. I had never had Thai until 6 months ago.

My family likes the Thai. I miss the east coast Chinese order like 7-8 lunch specials for variety and mix and match. I have a big family though. One thing I have never been a fan of and that is reheating Chinese food. It just isn't the same.

honestly i would try it lol how did they taste?? and were there sides too?
It was actually pretty good. The Zucchini is baked before filling with tuna/onion/celery/seasonings but it was still crunchy.

The best part is, after backing the tuna, you load it with the stuff and top with CHEESE and then broil it to heat up the filling and brown the cheese.

Weird stuff my wife comes up with.
