got a new instant pot for some easy gluten free cooking
oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, beans, lentils, amaranth, buckwheat
wish restaurants had more options than wheat and refined grains
LOVE the instant pot for shredded chicken, pulled pork - keeps all the juices locked in. Here’s a tip/cheat - do your ribs in there, 15 minutes or so, then ‘finish’ them on the grill flame with some BBQ sauce for carmelization. Juicier than a virgin on prom night, and fall-of-the-bone tender…..
