oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa, beans, lentils, amaranth, buckwheat
wish restaurants had more options than wheat and refined grains

LOVE the instant pot for shredded chicken, pulled pork - keeps all the juices locked in. Here’s a tip/cheat - do your ribs in there, 15 minutes or so, then ‘finish’ them on the grill flame with some BBQ sauce for carmelization. Juicier than a virgin on prom night, and fall-of-the-bone tender…..

There's still some good music out there I think. I prefer blues,blues rock, some jazz music personally. There are some young people around who can actually play a musical instrument. There is talent you just got to look hard nowadays.

We've hung flags in the past for Memorial Day and 4th of July but they've been stolen. Some kids I think were going around stealing them. WTH they do with them, IDK.

My son's GF (they live together) has a fat cat. It weighs 18 pounds. The Vet says it needs to be 12 pounds so its on a diet.

We had to take care of it for the weekend. I made it follow me everywhere around the house until it was too tired to walk. Must have put a mile of workouts on that cat each day.

will try that out, never cooked ribs in my life. Can't eat added sugar for medical reasons but hopefully get some carmelization from the veggie sugars in the sauce.
