Surgery the biggest thing, changed the chemistry and above all stopped them from forming.

I also cut way down on sodas, especially dark ones, like coke, but that was more for bone mineral development. But that could help for sure with stones.

I think my kidneys and body could always deal with any potential stones, until the parathyroid shit kicked in, which could have been as long as 10 years ago.

Now that it's fixed, my body might just be doing what it can naturally do.

Kidney stones are the worse, always felt like dying instead of continuing to feel the pain if you have no pain killers. I’m glad things are better for your body chemistry KVB God is good .

Going to a potluck party tomorrow, our dish is Buffalo chicken/cream cheese stuffed jalapeño poppers - topped with crumbled bacon. Making the chicken mix & blanching the jalapeños tonite - pro tip if you’re baking, not deep frying - make sure to cut them in half & blanche them until they are just barely soft, otherwise you’ll be eating a semi-raw jalapeño. I’ll stuff them tomorrow morning & cook them in my buddy’s oven at game time.
