Me about 80%, I do all the sous chef ‘grunt’ work - dicing, chopping, prepping, etc. Wifey usually puts all the finishing touches on it, and her taster is better than mine, so she adjusts all the spice levels…..
Last night something different, kind of a mash-up of ‘Beef’ Stroganoff and Swedish meatballs. Made turkey & pork sausage meatballs & replaced the heavy cream & sour cream in the sauce with Greek yogurt. Very umami & savory! Served it on some egg noodles.
