Last night something different, kind of a mash-up of ‘Beef’ Stroganoff and Swedish meatballs. Made turkey & pork sausage meatballs & replaced the heavy cream & sour cream in the sauce with Greek yogurt. Very umami & savory! Served it on some egg noodles.

I was ordering a pizza until I saw this! Probably bake some slider ham sandwiches to go with chips and dip.

Nice! Did something similar to that on New Year’s, used cream cheese instead of Velveeta, minced up some onion & garlic, put it in a small crock pot on ‘warm’ - was the hit of the party. Post some pics!
