Basically, yeah.
It's been fukking me up, it turns out. Feel a lot better when I don't eat it.
Had some delicious gravy, ate it up, then felt like shit for 5 days. It had a campbell's cream soup in it, which has wheat.
I've been gluten free since just before July 4th. Ate a bunch of snickers and 3 musks at halloween, but no kit kat or twix or milky way.
Fawk.
But my wife bakes all kinds of stuff and the gluten free muffins, cookies, and even waffles we make are better than the regular kind....
Hang on there KVB! I think in the long run you'll be able to get used to it, eating tasteless food, but brings great benefit to your body. It''s hard but your system is going to adapt eventually.Glad your significant other is helping out .
That alone gives you a lot better chance of succeeding.
NOTHING is more important than feeling better health wise so I get it .
Glad you got some things figured out
And I agree with Iwin, we are glad you have a supportive wife to go with you in the process.
