Ate BBQ chicken and Italian chicken last night with bread n butter , veggies , roasted potato wedges with peppers, and Mac n cheese

Nice, I have cut all wheat out of my diet. That means no mac n cheese no bread either.

I am gluten free.

When I go to In N Out I get lettuce as my bun.

Fawk.

But it's not so bad, it's been an easy transition. We have all kinds of different flours in the house now.

Forever ?

Never can eat it again ...

Basically, yeah.

It's been fukking me up, it turns out. Feel a lot better when I don't eat it.

Had some delicious gravy, ate it up, then felt like shit for 5 days. It had a campbell's cream soup in it, which has wheat.

I've been gluten free since just before July 4th. Ate a bunch of snickers and 3 musks at halloween, but no kit kat or twix or milky way.

Fawk.

But my wife bakes all kinds of stuff and the gluten free muffins, cookies, and even waffles we make are better than the regular kind....

Openers and closers and trades across sources are a little different these days. The market seems nebulous with that info sometimes. Also, some books put a filler in as an open and it might be waaaay off but considered by services as an opener. Manual research becomes necessary to weed those out.

Getting openers right away can be a bitch.

Having someone in Circa in Vegas or ready at other outlets can help but openers can be limited sometimes so it's not worth it.

It's a bitch for sure.

That said, some NJ online books have been open since yesterday.

Visiting Dog Fund is doing well and the UPSET Basket has been in a BUY signal all season. It's been a grind but much of each my positions have been bought a little later in the week, sometimes at a better line, sometimes not.

Always worried about the bioavailability of COQ10. it can vary so much. Makes sure it's a credible potency and delivery method. I think the brand could matter there.

Need to bust out the Merriam Webster, your posts and videos use some big words. I had to DJ Screw the YT vid down to 0.75x with frequent pausing to follow along. Great videos, always good to revisit and get my head in the game. Huge thanks for your contributions over the years. Excited to revisit with a better functioning brain. Filler lines, never heard that concept before. I guess the 68 is more of a "true opener" that reached a wider audience for a longer duration. I use SQL to aggregate consensus lines, but then there's the question which books to include in the consensus. I lost sight of the limits due to my low unit size, something important to think about. I'm sure if the limits were larger, putting out soft lines would not end well unless they move it super quick.

5 minutes before gametime closer, closer at gametime, 1 hour before gametime closer, new brainstorming ideas

minutesAvailableToBet could be a new research idea for me which shows how long a line is available on the board. Maybe last available timestamp - first available timestamp to deal with lines bouncing around.

Ah NJ opens early, that explains why I see lines on the odds service that don't show up in my local apps.

Thanks for raising the bio availability concerns, I use the Thorne brand mostly. High dose of fish oil, magnesium, lecithin, multi, and D3 hopefully boost the availability. Mushrooms for the neuroplasticity.

Glad your significant other is helping out .

That alone gives you a lot better chance of succeeding.

NOTHING is more important than feeling better health wise so I get it .

Glad you got some things figured out
