I thought it was well done, also. It gave me some insight to some of his life that I hadn't heard about before.

I read, after watching the movie, that some of his songs were based upon his life experiences. For example, "Someone Saved My Life Tonight" was based upon when his fiance and Bernie Taupin saved him from a suicide attempt.
