Its funny because my son, who is a doctor, dresses like this sometimes when he's not at work.
He is "built" like these guys, which is nothing like his father.

I think its a younger generation thing.
I may ask him about his circulation though.

I've seen a lot of this dressing style with gym guys, and yes especially the younger ones.
