NFL got greedy when they allowed 7 teams to make the playoffs and I’d argue it has led to a better product since the 1 seed means more than before as there is only one bye. As a huge football fan I will take any and all European football anytime I can get it. The alternative is a meaningless baseball game in the middle of July or the comically bad soccer product the MLS calls soccer ( football ).

It doesn't matter if they get **2nd** or **3rd with 4 points**. The latter is just as good 99% of the time, because there will be groups where 3rd place has 2 or 3 points.

Neither team cares if the play Fav A or Fav B in the playoffs. They understand it's a tall order and they're probably one-and-done... But losing the final group match and having to go home NOW, that's what both coaches will want to avoid.

That's what the market thinks, anyway.

P.S. Yellow card line is 2.5 in this game. It's going to be a friendly, for betting purposes.

Two draws and a heart break for Ukraine. I think they played better today than vs Slovakia.

Or maybe Belgium just sucks and goes nowhere this tournament. We'll see

I've always thought the Group stage should be 2 out of 4 advance. Would prefer 6 groups, put 12 in the Advance.
