i'm going by what Brother 52 posted in this thread, but yes, his posts are hard to follow at times

post #33 - B52 states that "someone has a civic duty to notify the authorities" about Steve but that "I'm not going to do it"

post #34 - B52 alludes to knowing that Steve is now in jail... "that bastard is warm, sober, with food in his stomach, and I imagine a Court date." and then further states... "He was going to end up dead or in jail. Would you have preferred dead?"

post #35 - B52 again states that "Steve is in a warm place that he is not free to leave". B52 also states "I already saved a life and probably a few crimes this year" - this implies that not only is Steve in jail but it was B52 himself who made that happen despite initially saying he wouldn't get involved

post #39 - B52 then confirms with "Ultimately, the reason I did call, was that he was threatening or at least encouraging violence on both property and persons"

If in a mental health facility, all of your possessions are taken and inventoried. Even all of your clothing is washed and you are provided scrubs. If your not a danger than you are provided a set of your clothing. You don't get your devices back until discharge. You can ask to have phone numbers looked up that are stored but that is it. The facilities phone is your only access to the outside world in a locked facility. If he is in a mental health facility, you shouldn't expect to here from him for at least 7 days up to a month. You would probably hear from him sooner if he was in prison.

Fair, I am a reasonable man and to some degree, feel that they or any of you, deserve some.

1st, most importantly, Archie (next door), who wondered words to the effect whether or not I was or am any type of threat to any of you, the forum, or society as a whole - I promise you that I am not.
