He is not going to change. Giving chances is only good to those people who deserve it. The guy clearly needs help and I really wish him well.

From what I read on the poster expectations thread, he can come back after his "points" begin to expire and drop below 7.

*At any point in which a member acquires a total of 7 points, it results in a ban, which will last until points expire, bringing the total infraction points back below 7.

Most infraction points appear to stay on your record for 1 month but we don't know when he received the infractions so it's difficult to say when they will expire and drop his total < 7.

I'm not sure he's really happy about being banned. I know he asked for it numerous times but I don't think he likes being restricted. He literally "lives and breathes" on these forums.

He was at a place around the block last night looking to get banned there. I think he was trying to punish himself. Fortunately/unfortunately that place doesn't ban anyone for anything, a least not the type of stuff Rudy does. Its the Wild West over there.

The answer is yes. My read on the situation is Rudy is blowing off steam. But whatever transpired between Genie and Rudy seems to have changed the way the rest of the mods handled his account. He deserves our support.

For me its not a matter of giving him a chance or not is about him making sense. His rants are just 5 year old fallacies woven and he doesnt even make sense. If he stops attacking good peeps for just the sakke of it then yeah he can be part of the fam. Freedom of speech is not freedom of consequence!
