Combination of being triggered/wronged by someone and just being wired that way I think.

We all go through phases of being treated like crap, but we all have different ways of reacting -- ultimately that's what matters

As we mature we learn how to deal with shit better. So at least hoping he does that

Sadly, I actually think a lot of people don't have access to proper mental health treatment

Health care in general not enough of a priority in our country but mental health especially has a weird social stigma around it
