I figured him for 50’s as well.He was 77 ? That’s probably why he passed so quickly. I thought he was around mid 50’s .
More than likely if there is a bene they don't know his gambling accounts as well.The beneficiary can contact the book wtih a death cert and a withdrawal can be arranged.
Tough to do with no bene or no spouse though.
