I requested a withdrawal on November 11th, Bodog.eu "temporarily disabled" my account and requested documents. I sent the documents in right away. Then a couple weeks later they said they couldn't download the documents from the email. They instructed me to contact live support, live support instructed me to upload the documents via their live chat portal so I followed their instructions. On November 26th I got an email confirming that they received my documents. I have not received any more information form them other than support telling me to keep waiting.
I understand there is a KYC process but the lack of information coming from bodog is concerning, especially when my account is disabled. I am very worried about getting my account re opened and am worried they are stealing my money. I pretty much only play NFL teasers, maybe a few straight bets.
Appreciate any help I can get from bodog or bmr to get access to my account again.
