Bookmaker's website is total garbage

I have run across a new issue with this book.
When placing live bets (I haven't tested with pre-live) most of my attempted bets gets stuck at processing and then end up not getting placed. Some bets go through fine. It seems completely random. I reported this 24 hrs ago, but the issue persists.
Are others having this?

I haven't personally heard of this issue but have you tried a different web browser? Maybe it's something to do with your internet speed?

I only bet pre-game and many of my bets get processed for 5-10 seconds. I'd say 90-95% go through just fine though.

Same issue with pre game bets.

Only happens occasionally, but enough to frustrate you.

It's like it gets stuck and then you get a message that your wager may or may not have gone through and to check your pending wagers..........most times it doesn't.

After reporting this issue I did not have further issues. That is until yesterday, and this issue is now back.

Yup, you get the yellow icon. Pending bet waiting...

I am good if they don't get place. Don't accept my bet after minutes later!

Issues all day. Sometimes it's possible to log in, but eventually when I have tried to refresh odds I get the spinning circle and have to start all over.
When you enter the chat there's a message about website issues but if you talk to agents they deny there are any issues.

I was trying to get a ML parlay in before the first wave of college games went off. Kept getting logged out after 30 seconds like many here. Very frustrating.

finally got my bet in with about 2 minutes to spare but really had to hustle before getting logged out. I’m lucky I didn’t make a mistake on the bet.

I’ll be withdrawing my funds. Not worth the hassle and frustration

They still can't figure out how to make the odds not change non-stop while your selected wager is already in the bet slip.

It is obviously to the point where they don't care and aren't going to even try fixing it.

It's been happening since 2018.

They just flat out don't give a shit.

I gotta say I have gotten some better odds with the accept better odds feature

Live broke down when the NFL games started, all live lines frozen accept for Mickey Mouse stuff like table tennis and esports.

After a couple of months of seemingly no issues with odds moving in the bet slip, Bookmaker has turned back to allowing this to happen and screwing over customers again.

It's been going on for at least 5 years now since they switched to new site.

It's documented all over the internet.

They've been told by so many people about this.

They know about it and still continue to rip customers off.

Any bets

Just select a game close to tip off or a 2h line......games that will generally have a lot more movement, and watch your bet slip constantly change, which should never happen.

Obviously the money made ripping customers outweighs money lost with negative comments about them, as they absolutely have the means to fix this but won't.
