Oh it happens at BetCris too. What is even more annoying is the line change/bet acceptance happening almost simultaneously, but in reverse order. You think your bet was rejected because the line changed, but in fact it was accepted at the new line, but the bet acceptance notice has quickly been covered up by a simultaneous line change notice and you only come to find out if you refresh your open bets a couple times. The bet doesn't even alter your current balance without refreshing the page. I've had this happen a couple times now at BetCris.

Yes, this happens also.

Sometimes it just goes through and shows it accepts it at a worse number and sometimes the "line has changed" alert does pop up, but they still confirmed your bet at that number and it shows up like a minute later in your pendings.

The latter, that you described, is infuriating.

Nothing has changed, that's the problem.

It's been this way for 5 years now, ever since they switched over to this software.

If you make tons of bets during busy times, it will eventually happen to you, trust me.

It is terrible that this is happening and the haven't bothered/been able to fix it.
For me, I occasionally get some unwanted bets because of this, but I still prefer this to how it was before when the bet slip was so sluggish, you had to start over from the beginning as soon as there was an odds change. So while I do get an unwanted bet here and here this is an improvement for me compared to how it used to be since I get more of my bets accepted these days. That being said, they should of course fix this bug.
The worst thing for me about their site is live odds not updating automatically. Often the odds that we see are inaccurate and we need to either try to place the bets or refresh manually to see updated odds. I've been pointing this out for close to two years now and more frequently since late last summer, but nothing has changed. On some days odds are updating fine, on others it's hit and miss and sometimes it's constantly bad.

I've had this too, as recently as this week. It's rare these days and was more frequent about a year ago, but it's still unacceptable that this should happen at all.

Back to the same old shit with their crappy site.

Wager in bet slip at -110, click submit, accepted at -120.

So frustrating that they can't find anyone to fix their damn site.

This bug is now on steroids. Before you could be unlucky and have bets accepted at lower odds odds than you wanted if odds changed milli seconds before you hit submit on the betting slip and you didn't notice in time. As of this week, any odds changes that occur after you have submitted the bet and it has been accepted can result in the bet being accepted at lower odds despite having "accept line changes only in my favor" checked.

The site has been a disaster this week even more than before.

No surprise at all.

I have been giving the majority of my action elsewhere lately, only playing there if they have the absolute best number.

I can't risk getting fucked over with their software issues that they refuse to fix.

Not possible to log in today. Same issue that's been happening a few times recently. I report it to chat agent, they don't acknowledge that there is an issue, instead they persist that I clear cache and cookies and change passwords.

Usual garbage from them today.
They were having maintenance today, most likely without fixing any of their several bugs. It was scheduled to be an hour. It took 2. An additional hour has now passed and they haven't got live betting back (I am being told they're still working on it) so this 1 hr of maintenance has turned out to be 3 hrs and counting.

See site is running now with lines up for live bets. Fingers crossed those live bet issues are fixed

Some are back (they have been since site came back 2.5 hrs ago), but instead of 20-30 live markets up on various sports (there would be 10 on tennis alone), they offer 3 e-sports markets, 1 tennis and 2 soccer. Still an auto message about site issues on their chat so not sure if they just forgot to put markets up or still having tech issues.

Edit: They just told me they're still working on getting live section fully back.

Thanks for the update. They are definitely losing money as many are reloading elsewhere because of the on-going live bet issues

Live was back in full for a short while (4-5 hours later than the site came back), but now entire live has fallen apart and they've taken it down. Maintenance always makes things worse, not just with BM but other books too.

Mostly back to normal now. Hope it stays that way and this maintenance didn't result in any new and longterm issues.

What a mess their live section is today. Old odds displayed for current matches, and one hour old odds displayed for matches that have already finished. I'm being told it's being worked on.
