Shove your observation up your a**. I assure you BMR knows we're 2 different posters. Here's some facts for you, since you wanna speak in truths:

I don't really give a fk about this contest. I was thru dealing when it originally said there would be only 1 truck race. I used the best drivers and then after race ends BMR adds another truck race. I could have saved drivers if I knew ya'll couldn't count 13 races. Last year here in nascar we won $25/$15/$10 every week for 1st-3rd. Now we just winning baller coins weekly, like .84 cents worth for 1st. Same thing for poker, last contest we won $25 & $15 weekly for 1st & 2nd places, and $300 for 1st in season ending big game. Now we win just baller coins weekly worth about $3.33 for 1st, and then $33.33 for big game at end. I wonder how many people will win a ticket and then not play again till big tournament? You guys should re-hire Enikk, he was trying to grow this site, not run everyone off. :an_light::an_light:
Hey. If I'm mistaken, I apologize.

As I said, Le will make the call on interpreting the rule.
Good luck on your plays.

Guys, I wish the prizes could be bigger too. I'm not sure why there was a change from prior contests. But, regardless, it's a free contest with monetary prizes at the end.

And to clarify, I volunteered to score this contest as a favor to Le because scoring it is not easy and she already does a lot for this site.

My prior posts on the start time rule were based on what we did in 2022. I don't care what she decides,.... count the play or not.... I just have to update the scores accordingly.

Here is how I would interpret it as a judge based on the statement of
** Deadline to submit entries will be Sunday, February 26th at 2:30 PM ET (1 hour before the race begins)

The deadline is clearly today at 2:30 Est time. The one hour before race time begins is saying that 2:30 is one hour before race times begins to let you know what that time is referencing whether it is entirely accurate or not. It is not stating that the deadline is as specific as one hour before race time begins with omitting the 2:30 est time which could be a different time of even before 2:30 est technically whether or not that is even possible in our reality or after the 2:30 est time if your going to say 1 hour before the race begins and it ends up as a different time.

If Le just wants to say the hour before could mean before it goes off to the exact minute and not 1 hour before the race begins in relation to 2:30 pm est which would mean the race would be beginning at 3:30 so get your picks in before 2:30 than fine but I don't think that's what she meant when she posted it.

The apprentices statement (1 hour before the race begins) is not the deadline to get your picks in. It's a statement to show that 2:30est is going to be 1 hour before the race begins. That is it. Not some new meaning that you can get your picks in 1 hour before the race begins and also before 2:30est. That is how all of what was posted would be interpreted correctly using the English language.

It doesn't say ** Deadline to submit entries will be Sunday, February 26th (1 hour before the race begins).

You are completely ignoring the part where it says at: 2:30 PM ET

The statement Deadline to submit entries will be Sunday, February 26th (1 hour before the race begins) can also be read as:

The statement Deadline to submit entries will be Sunday, February 26th at 2:30 PM ET which is 1 hour before the race begins.

That is what the apprentices are for. It is in reference to 2:30 PM ET. Not an entirely new statement. They aren't just there to look cool or fancy either. They have an actual meaning to the sentence.

I mean its not like he's getting his picks in after the race officially started though. So It's not really that big of a deal if it still counts, but it should count for everyone than if someone already missed out and make sure no one gets in after the time it really starts.
