I’m not sure if this is the way to do it but it’s raining pretty hard in Cleveland thunderstorms and all and the game’s been delayed awhile

Can I make an “if my pick is rained out selection” since they’re already in a long delay?

If so I’ll take Houston 7/28

I think so. I believe I modified it for this one because of feedback.

It's in the rules you can repick AFTER it is cancelled.

"PPD/Cancelled game voids that day's selection. You may select another game for that day if it has not already started."

Thing is Cle game is just in limbo all day not officially cancelled.

So lets assume CLE game never resumed on Monday. It would have not been a play (i.e. equivalent to not picking a winner that day).

The hedging (picking the backup play if this game never resumed) would be allowed if the subsequently selected game had not started yet. In LT's Dog contest, there is a lot of hedging in case a team doesn't make the cut as a dog and it is allowed.

The team picked as a hedge (i.e. Houston for Bigjay and Hunch) would only count if the CLE game was not finished on Monday (or after midnight if it carried over). Since the game was finished, CLE plays count.
