Can I make an “if my pick is rained out selection” since they’re already in a long delay?

Tanko, didn't players who picked rained out games, essentially lose a pick (in the previous edition of this same contest)?

It's in the rules you can repick AFTER it is cancelled.

"PPD/Cancelled game voids that day's selection. You may select another game for that day if it has not already started."

Thing is Cle game is just in limbo all day not officially cancelled.
