It was due to a phone number change. They told me after that I'd receive it shortly and it's now been over 24 hours. I called and ask John if everything is still good. He said yes it's just the normal timeframe, but my first payout went thru in hours so who knows

I had to update address & phone number with BAS, I was able to do it over the phone automatic update last night. My delay was just a few hours definitely trust BAS over Betus at this point. Gabriel from BAS is a top notch CS rep if you have a problem you need to request to talk to him. He knows his shit & not about the bullshit.

My point is if you want shit done faster you need to pick up the phone & find a component CS rep & talk with conviction to them while remaining respectful would be my advice to anyone having a payout problem.

Still nothing. They just said the casino department is reviewing my play, even tho I've only paid for about 30 mins and it was when I first joined with the casino welcome bonus. They're just fishing for anything at this point

Also mind you, they already cashed me out 10k 2 weeks ago before this started. I've played nothing since then as the account has been disabled. So what are they reviewing? John said everything was good. This is maddening

John from security is a good guy. Understand that KYC departments get a commission when they find fraud. And often times they selfishly prevent others from getting paid out just to try and prove something that doesn’t exist. John already makes good money. It’s the $4 an hour people in security and fraud looking to get the commission to stay afloat.

Hi all long time lurker first time poster. I decided to give Betus a try against my better judgement, ran hotter than the sun and turned 3k deposit into 31k. Requested 10k (their daily max) on Feb 3rd, got paid next day, but then when I tried to request another 10k I get an error message in the cashier saying "Error – Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1(800)620-1905 to complete your request. REF# 6011". I asked live chat what's up and they first said it was a glitch but then when it wouldn't go away they said "we're just waiting for a response from management". It's now been 3 days and they keep saying the same thing. Nobody can tell me what's going on. I'll post the screenshots I had with my account manager including when I told him that's it's not professional for a site to tell someone they don't know why I cant request a payout but I just have to wait, and he responds "it is what it is". Just wanna make this public to protect myself
Hey, long time lurker here as well and I just got this same exact REF# 6011. After reading through your story I'm hoping mine isn't going to be as difficult and hopefully also get paid! Please let me know if there's anything extra I should do. I've always taken the "be nice" approach so hopefully that works out as I have no idea why I was also given this REF # when I just went to withdraw and have yet to hear back!

All this headache just from some casino play in the beginning? What are they accusing you of, virtual counting LMFAO
