Hey guys sorry for not updating this. I don't know how to upload audio files and I've been busy at my work. I talked to John who said he's the head of security. He accused me of somehow being involved with other accounts that have done bad things, I think. I recorded all the calls so I'll upload them later today. Please give them a full listen even if it's long. I can't believe this is actually happening to me the first time I run up s balance lol. Thanks for all the help everyone

I sent them multiple selfies of me holding my ID, and then completed a zoom call. They asked me to hold my ID up while on the zoom call. Once I did that they said everything is perfect and I cashed out 10k, then the next day is when the BS started. You'll hear him say multiple times on the call "I have no doubt that you are Donald Gravitt, but what I doubt is that you are the one playing on your account".....then when I ask well why are you saying that he says he can't tell me LOL. This is so stressful as is and I'm having to do all this while hiding from my wife.

I'll get those uploaded today I promise

I actually sent it to someone in the security team while on the phone with them. John finally called me about an hour later. That convo will be uploaded as well. Said he didn't click the link due to company policy, but then went on to talk about what I posted almost verbatim lol
