They told me they don't offer them to everybody as some of their customers are just plain PIA.

What's that mean? Not sure

Was told yesterday I would receive by today did not happen was told just now they will reach out to processor to see what the hold up was as the processor has failed to respond to their inquires

You'll get it now worries. I got paid Everytime. But they cut my ACH off a couple months ago so I can't use it anymore.
