Was told yesterday I would receive by today did not happen was told just now they will reach out to processor to see what the hold up was as the processor has failed to respond to their inquires

I understand your frustration and if you don’t ever play there again, that would make sense. I trust them with my money, but before you attempt any kind of withdrawal, besides cryptocurrency. You have to make sure that there is not a processing issue.

You have to call them and talk to somebody who knows what they’re talking about. Gabriel is the guy that you want to speak to & he will inform you with anything up-to-date in regards to payout delays. He knows the ins and outs of that shop.

It’s not his job to make sure other staff members are as competent as he is. He just has experience and he’s good at his job so if you run into him, he will help you. No he’s not gonna call you out of the blue. You gotta call him & request for him, in regards of your money.

Concerning their ACH payouts did they charge you a fee when you submitted? I was looking at their payout methods today and noticed ACH payouts are free. Didnt they charge 4% fee before?
This is just my observation as I use crypto and don't think I would take a chance with ACH even if it's free.
