I just had to update some information. I talked to Gabriel on the phone from BAS, he’s very professional and very knowledgeable with everything going on over there. The payout will be sent ASAP.

I talked to Gabriel on your behalf about your issue, and since the money was deducted from your account, they are unable to cancel it and try another method as I mentioned before. He told me that you were notified that there was a delay with this particular method before it was sent out, I hope that is true.

I also told him BAS is getting some negative press regarding the ACH delays. At this point it’s a sit and wait game, but I can almost guarantee you. You will get your money. Do not use that method ever again compared to other sportsbooks, they are very slow with this particular payment method.

Yeah, I was afraid of that since most payouts are automated on the internet and not requested over the phone.
